RICH LACHER
Chief Executive Officer

Since 1984 when he opened the Seattle division of BiNW, Rich Lacher has cultivated a company environment of integrity and trust. As the partner in charge of operations, the day-to-day work he oversees has set a precedent of high customer expectations: Clients expect BiNW to be confident in the execution of their projects, and with Rich in the driver’s seat they can also expect the highest level of service throughout.

Rich is an active member in Rotary Club of Seattle.

SEAN O’BRIEN
President

Sean O’Brien leads BiNW as President and owner.  His vision is centered on growing employee talent to meet the needs of corporate, healing, learning and government clients. Creating alignment in capacity, competency and passion around the BiNW vision is what drives Sean.  His 25 years of industry experience, which includes working for Herman Miller, are at the foundation of his passion for ensuring that BiNW continues to be the best it can be.

Sean’s community involvement includes being a former YPO member (Young Presidents Organization), current Pierce County Economic Development Board Member, and past KCSARC (King County Sexual Assault Resource Center) Board Member.

DON KING
VP of Sales

As the Vice President of Sales, Don works hard to ensure that BiNW is the top choice for customers seeking interior architectural products in learning, healing, corporate and government applications. His focus on sales staff development and empowerment ensures that each employee is inspired, trained, and equipped with the tools they need to succeed for their clients.

Don serves on the Business Advisory Board for University of Washington Tacoma’s Milgard School of Business. He also participates in activities of the International Interior Design Association, American Institute of Architects, and National Association of Industrial and Office Properties.

CHRISTINE CASON
VP of Finance

Christine advises BiNW’s leaders on financial progress and tracks the company’s strategic goals. Her consistent promotion of integrity assures that customers, vendors and employees are treated fairly, honestly, and with respect.

Christine stays well connected throughout the Pacific Northwest, as a member of both the Washington Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Institute of Management Accountants. She also serves on the Board of Directors for Rotary Club of Tacoma #8.
