As a BiNW Senior Project Manager, with 15 years of experience, Cindy Johnson is responsible for the successful and accurate planning, executing, monitoring and coordinating, and closing of details and tasks that go into delivering a quality project on schedule and within your budget.  She is an active team member during all phases of the project – from the initial conception and design to the final walk-through for your approval and acceptance of the product and services.  She strives to exceed expectations by providing clear and timely communication, coordinating critical details with appropriate subcontractors and thorough post project follow-up and assistance.  She has extensive experience in identifying and managing project risk to minimize the negative impact to the project.
